My comcast cable service is new and I have had too many problems. First they need to stop telling customers they need a letter from apartment owners saying they can drill hole in bedrooms to install cable and they still will not install it. When your service goes out customer service cannot reset it. They are no help and they schedule a repairman and he will keep u waiting all day and sometimes will not come at all. Do not waste your money on Comcast!
