I live @ the Columns! I have had to call the maintenance people about 20 times and I've only lived here 6 months!! i have had my camera stole by someone in maintenance and the Manger Brandi didn't want to investigate the issue nor did she want to give me her boss' number! The complex is gated you pay for a gated community yet, people always follow you when you buzz in!!! I have had my neighbor have his car broke into and they dont salt the roads when it snows and the road ice. That cause many accidents. And you know what they say when you complain?? "There's NOTHING we can do about it!!"
