This complex is far from finished! I would actually like to see the amenities that are done, because the "amenities" listed on the website are copied below and none are complete.

RESORT STYLE SWIMMING POOL- no

STATE-OF-THE-ART FITNESS CLUB- no

WI-FI ENABLED CYBER CAFÉ & CLUBROOM- no

OUTDOOR GRILLING- no

BILLIARDS & SHUFFLE PUCK- no

CATERING KITCHEN- no

BOCCE COURT- no

CONTROLLED ACCESS & GATED- no (which is wonderful considering the two armed robberies on the street)

GARDEN PLOTS- no

PET WASHING STATION- no

1.5 ACRE DOG PARK- no

LIBRARY- no



The high quality granite counter tops are unsealed, so they soak up water, chicken juice, koolaid, etc. This makes for a wonderful environment for the ants that will be calling your kitchen home for the duration of your lease. The air conditioning takes a while to kick it, so get comfortable with the 78 degree temperature inside your apartment. Your appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) may or may not work, but don't think about calling maintenance, because "it's a GE problem", so there is no fix. The fan in the freezer may make a loud buzzing sound that you can hear throughout your 800 sq.ft. apartment, but that's a "GE problem" as well, and will go untouched for at least 2 weeks and counting. Your appliances might also have stains, scratches, or be completely broken for close to two months and counting, even though the problems were mentioned in the initial walk through.



Hopefully you don't have to deal with a water leak in your apartment. If you do, you will get the pleasure of having 2 industrial strength fans in your room and closet. Even with the 80 degree temperature in your apartment, these fans are no fun. Don't expect to spend the night in your apartment for at least a week (hopefully you have family in town). The people who come to remove said water from your sopping wet carpet really treat your things with respect (throwing your folded clothes on the bed/floor). The yellow stains on the newly painted walls is a great touch. At least the water removed some of the construction dust that is still coating the walls. There is no telling when the carpet that was ripped up will be laid back down. I can hardly wait for the mold to set in.



Does all of this seem like it could be fixed by a firm call or two to the front office?... think again! After multiple attempts to get things fixed, cleaned, use-able, or even livable, it is always "going to get fixed" or someone else's problem. Honestly I don't care who's problem it is, I just know it should not be my sister's or her new husband's. All they were looking for is a 1st home to call their own.
