I have been a customer at M Street over 2 years. I just picked out my silk print Elie Tahari dress to pack for a business trip only to discover that the prints faded. There are two purple stain on my white dress. One is big and in the middle of the top of the dress. I don't see how they didn't notice this error and failed to mention at pickup that they made the mistake without notifying me. Instead it was steamed pressed and placed nicely in the bag between all my other dresses. This dress was well over $250 and I've had it for years without any issue. It's not so much the mess up, but the lack of communication and honesty to attempt to resolve the problem. I will post back here after I speak with them to share their resolution.
