I took a pair of pants here for cleaning. When I went to pick them up, the owner gave me another person's pants. I noticed before leaving and alerted the owner and asked for my pants. She did not have my pants. She told me that she.accidentally gave them to someone else and to come back the following day when she would have my pants. I went back the next day and she did not have my pants. I asked her what she was going to do to compensate me for not having my pants? I asked for at least a refund of the money I spent on the dry cleaning. She told me to come back on Wednesday and she would definitely have my pants. When I told her that I could not keep coming there on a whim and to call me, she said she would. Wednesday comes, and no call from the owner. I go by today (Friday) and she still does not have my pants. She gets on the phone with someone and then tells me to come back at 5:30 and she would have my pants. I told her that I want the money so I can replace my pants as it's been more than a week since I went there to pick up my pants. When I pressed her on the issue, she stopped talking to me and refused to address my issue on rectifying the situation. This is a horrible business. They lose your clothes, attempt to give you someone else's clothes, and refuse to compensate you for their mistake. There are many other dry cleaners in the area and I recommend that you take your business to one of those establishments. If I could have given them a zero, I would.
