On Dec. 22, 2017 we arrived at the International Terminal at the Atlanta Airport. We had been on a one month trip and had 4 adults with 9 bags. We were only going to the Westin Hotel at the Airport - just minutes away. Cab # 0965 held our baggage hostage until we paid $28.20 even though the meter said we only owed $15.20. He said we owed him $28.20 for a Christmas Fee plus a BIG tip because it was Christmas. We had to pay $30 to get him to unload our luggage. Not to mention we thought we would be in an accident before we got to the hotel with him weaving in and out of lanes and slamming on brakes to not hit a truck in front of us.

A person with this taxi company hit both of my cars as well as a neighbors car while they were parked. It appears we are out of
luck and neither the taxi company nor the insurance company will return calls. They would get zero stars or less than that if it were possible

Cab 0622 pulled out in my lane and caused my car to get hit by a atlanta bus.....I called city cab and ms. Edwards told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Their driver could have caused someone to get killed but she could've cared less.......thank God no one was hurt and very minimal damage. ....evil souls/intentions will always rep the seed they sow.....when one of your drivers do cause extreme harm you will care then. Horrible company

This was one of the worst cab experiences I have ever had, otherwise I would never take the time to fill out a review. I was hoping for a quick and easy ride across Midtown, and it turned into much more of a hassle than it was worth. To begin with, the cab driver took a really round-about route, as he clearly had no idea where he was going, going a way that didn't even show up on my GPS as a possibility. What started as a 1.5 mile drive turned into close to 3 miles, and the fare ended up showing an amount that was much larger than I expected. When I told the cab driver that I was slightly short of the final fare in terms of cash, he told me that I had no other options to pay. Then, after going back and forth with him for a few seconds, he finally gave in and took out an applicator for his phone that allowed me to pay with my card... which he then informed me would take several weeks for him to receive the payment. I understand this was not his preferred option, but the way he went about informing me about it was excessively rude and sort of backhanded. I told him we would be calling his superior and he told us not to bother because no one would care anyway. He then honked at us as he drove off. I've met some rude cab drivers, but this was by far the worst.

Suffice it to say, I will be taking Uber much more often! Had a great Uber experience later that night.

ACTUAL DRUNK DRIVING CABBIE!

Friday night, August 10, 2007, I was scared out of my mind when I realized the cab driver was drunk and all over all four lanes of a four lane semi-busy steet. He crossed the yellow line regularly, and narrowly missed MANY accidents. I had to grab his head to get him to pull off the road. When I called Crown, they blew me off. I called back to hear a recording. Then I called the police, who took off looking for him and thanked me. Stick with Checker in Atlanta, anyway. Stay FAR AWAY from Crown.
