Unbelievably rude and ghetto prison service. He is angry. The technician was Curtis. The last time he came to the house he got into a catty argument with my wife about how he didn't need our business. Be on the look out for his prison tattoos and gold fronts when he arrives at your door. Choose this business if you would like to bring drama into your home. Run!!! I was calm throughout and very professional but Mr. Curtis could not compose himself like an adult man. I felt like I was in the prison yard. I was afraid for the safety of my wife if I had not been there to calm the situation down. He was that aggressive. I was left very uncomfortable by the whole situation. There is no justification for acting this way. Even if you feel slightly disrespected. You must still have a level of respect for yourself. Women, do not let this man into your home. Especially if you have a tendency to "talk back."
