I was a bit apprehensive about Citiside Properties after reading several reviews, but from the time that I submitted my application Donald and his team has been nothing but professional, tentative and accommodating. I have only the best things to say about Citiside Properties , and would not hesitate to wholly recommend their company. I have specifically worked with Donald and can say he has consistently delivered fast, detailed, and transparent service to the greatest extent possible. Donald's enthusiasm coupled with his professionalism makes him an ideal asset for any property management company. I will surely be working with Donald and Citiside Properties in the future.

I have to disagree with the poster below. I've had 4 different management companies manage different properties for me in Atlanta and Citiside Properties was the best.

They're honest which is hard to find in this business. As an owner I'm glad they care about money aka receiving rents.

Citiside Properties LLC in Atlanta is arguably the worst property management company in the Atlanta area. If you expect professionalism, respectable repair times on maintenance, and an overall good landlord, Citiside is not the place! If you see a property managed by these people, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY! All these people care about is your money without any regard for safety, property condition, and decent living conditions.
