Hour late. Showed up with no shop vac, no vac of any kind. Asked to borrow ours. Filthy shoes. Put nothing down. Did not mask fireplace. Did not clean fireplace. Did not I spect cap. Did not clean vents on cap. Did not bring ladder to check cap. Do not ever use this service.

Worst service ever I ever received. Tech missed first day and showed up hours late for second day appointment. Price ended up being 325 for two fireplaces that were neither cleaned nor inspected (or they would have found the 1 1/2 inch crack above the whole fireplace with the exposed burnt insulation sticking out) Chimney cap that was installed was a collapsible device that covered 1 flue and 1/8th of the second flue, and topped by a blue (painted black) PLASTIC RECYCLE BIN COVER !!!!

I have pictures to prove all of this if anyone wants to see how bad they rip you off and disrespect you!!!!

Terrible service. Got me hooked for $79 chimney cleaning, quickly told me we needed level 2 clean for $300. I said yes just to get it done.



The tech then set up his small shop vac in the room which then blew soot dust at my pregnant wife! I wasn't there so would have stopped him, I was only aware of this when I got home to a layer of black dust covering my entire living and dining room.



Called to complain and the tech had a very hard time admitting fault. When I pushed them they offered a $20 refund or come back and clean, I opted for them to come and clean which they did not.



I will be reporting them to BBB for the safety hazard and general bad service

After doing my homework.I hired the Atlanta Chimney Doctor for a chimney cleaning. They were courtious and on time. Juan The Tech really knew his stuff on fireplaces.They made know mess and were not pushy. I will use them again.

Why bother even making an appointment for a chimney cleaning with this company? I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Saturday. The technician had not shown up by 9:45 and I had not gotten a call. So I called to see what was going on. I was assured that they would call me shortly. About 12:30 rolls around and the company calls me back to ask if I had heard from the technician - no. I was informed at that point that he had trouble with his vehicle. I would have thought they would have informed me of that in less than 3 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment. I told them not to worry I would go with someone else because they couldn't work around my schedule. I was told that he would try to work around some people and get someone out to my house within the day and he would call me back within an hour. Two hours later I have not heard a thing. Communication for this company is horrible and they do not seem to value the time of the people who they service. I would recommend any other company but this one at this juncture.
