i do not recommend this place they stole parts out of my t.v ! im pissed

I had a terrific experience with this company (Nov 2012). Someone answered late at night, gave me all the info I needed, and scheduled an appt. Before they even came out, David took the time to ask me some questions that would SAVE me money (prevent him from coming out if it wasn't necessary) - and even gave me instructions on HOW to do it (including several follow up calls about it!). I ultimately decided to have the repair done. The best part is - they apply the $50 pick up fee to any repairs, and for a huge TV, this is SO worth it. Great quality work, reasonably priced, they pick up/deliver, and he even answered some other questions about other TVs I had (free consult!) while he was here. ROCK STAR customer service.

I am very disappointed with Certified Electronics. I called regarding receiving an estimate and was told that I would receive the estimate that same day before the close of business if I brought my tv in early, but when I did so I was told that I wouldn't receive the estimate until Monday. I wasn't contacted again untl Wednesday. At that time, I was quoted a price and told the person on the phone that I DID NOT want to proceed with a repair. I was then told that they just needed to put the tv back together and that it would be Thursday or Friday before it would be available for pick-up which made me more frustrated than I already was. When I arrived on Saturday to pick-up my tv, I was shocked when I was told that the tv had been repaired. I was then told that they would take the parts out that they put in and retun the tv to me. I was outraged because when I took the tv in it was in working condition and it was returned to me in unuseable. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. I believe that they purposely repaired the tv as a way of forcing my hand.

I am very happy with the services of Certified Electronics. The price was affordable and the same day service as I expected.
