In 34 years of business I have never done business with a company as bad as this company is.We signed up in October with this company, and every since than have had nothing but problems that they created and can not seem to fix.Try running retail stores without phones, which is what we have been trying to do since signing up with them.Their system shuts our phones down for hours at a time and then blame it on wires that they say are old and frayed.Come to find out they were wires they installed when they put in the new phone system.They are good at turning you over to a new team that promises to be the new SAVIOR and yet the same old thing, phone shut off, no voice mail,shut down fax line and no alarm line which we were without alarms for a week because of their lack of phone line skills.How this company got as big as as they did I dont understand.So heed the warnning and dont do business with this company. I rated them 1 star because I dont think you can rate no stars.
