Where do I start!? The customer service is horrible and the staff could care less about its residents. Several apartments on my floor have been broken into and the staff does nothing about it. If you put in a work order, you can forget about it. They take there time when it comes to work orders. The units are very old and outdated and your rent will increase significantly. My air conditioner, refrigerator, and dryer have broken and it took forever to get all three fixed. The water won't shut off in my bath tub and guess what? The staff can care less. The garage visitors entrance door has been broken for a month now and it is still not fixed. The place charge $1200 a month for a one bedroom unit and they are old and out of date. They have claimed to have renovated some units but refuse to renovate your until you move out. Crazy right!
