Pimento Cheese Biscuit with Bacon & Eggs– $7- I loved this biscuit! The biscuit was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and was filling! I also really liked that pepper was used on the egg because it really added to the overall flavor!

You can also try three little biscuits for $5!

Pimento Cheese Sandwich-$4- My friend got this sandwich & thought it was great! The bread on this sandwich was crunchy.

Black Pepper Bacon Biscuit– $4- This was such a unique biscuit. I tried this biscuit and personally wouldn’t get it over other options. I wish it was served with gravy over it or something because it was a little plain on its own.

Cinnamon Biscuit– $4- If you liked sweets, then I recommend the cinnamon biscuit!

Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit is a pretty small place so I would recommend going in the morning on a week day if you can. There’s pretty limited seating so going on a weekday would help! FYI parking is on the street and paid at a meter.

Super cute place to grab breakfast in the center of Virginia Highland. They've got a ton of different kinds of biscuits - I recommend getting the box of 3 and trying some sweet and some savory. :)

The biscuits are super tasty. They have a variety of staples that are always available, as well as daily specials (the specials are honestly a bit expensive, but totally worth it). The atmosphere is a lot of fun, it's a cool setup and great for Instagram photos! Only on-street parking is available, but it's usually not a problem, even on a Saturday morning.

After my recent visit to Callie's, I learned that it's key is get there early for the freshest biscuits and least amount of wait time. I went on a Monday around noon. The line was stupid long and they had run out of a lot of their menu items. I was able to try the country ham and cheese and chive biscuit! They were delicious but a little bit too crunchy on the outside.

The parking wasn't a challenge. There was a decent amount of street parking and a nearby parking lot as well.

I would like to try Callie's again but next time earlier in the morning.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I finally experienced what everyone has been talking about. These biscuits are the real deal. Initially I thought there is no way three little biscuits are going to fill me up. Boy was I wrong. After eating two, I ended up taking the third home for a mid morning snack. My family and I like to make a Saturday morning out of going to breakfast at this little gem by biking to and from the restaurant. It makes me feel less guilty for indulging in all that buttery goodness!

This new biscuit joint is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. While the biscuits are quite small, you get 2 to the order. The biscuits can be a little dry, so I recommend adding one of the toppings. Great for breakfast, brunch or a light snack.
