They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They can't even answer a phone. They clearly answer the phone and hang up as if they just don't feel like doing their job.

Best Place in Town to GO!!! If you are not satisfied with your part they will give your money back!!! Most Junkyards in Atlanta will NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! Other Yards Just want to give you store credit or not at all. They have a lot of late model parts, a computer to look up and locate your parts. They also pull your parts for you!

This is the spot to go. I was looking for months for a doom light for my car. Certain used auto parts didn't have my car model year. I even call the dealership and they wanted to charge me $250 (FOR A DOOM LIGHT!!!!) I would rather get in my car in the dark. So eventually I got tired of doing that and looked up C&L Used Auto Parts and gave them a call. I told them what I was looking for and he told me $20 right off the top. I was thinking he didn't even look or put me on hold to check and I know i didn't want to waste gas for a blank trip if they didn't have it. I asked what time you close and went down there. Within less than 30mins the gentleman had the part that I wanted.

I really want to commend the employees that actually go out in the yard to pull the parts. Because each one that I saw when they came in their shirts were soaked with sweat. Also the employees in the office was nice and willing to serve without hesitation. This is what I call "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

you can usually find inexpensive car parts here...its much cheaper than going through the dealerships and they can get the part to you the same day (unless they need to order it)
