Out initial appointment went well. We were able to order the bride's dress and four bridesmaids' dresses with relative ease. So we thought... BE WARNED: paying the rush fee to get the dresses in 4-6 weeks is a joke. Here we are on week 9 and just now picked up the bridesmaids dresses. They are completely wrinkled and even a little dirty. After all the stress we have been through, the least they could have done is make sure the dresses were in good condition. They refused to reimburse our rush fee. Poor communication, failure to take responsibility, and poor customer service have earned this boutique the lowest possible rating. The fine print on the bottom of the receipt clears BB of any responsibility. I wish I could go back in time and avoid this place all together. Not worth the trouble.

PLUS SIZE BRIDES BEWARE!! They do not deserve even ONE star! This was the worst experience ever! Even thought their website states "Please also visit our plus size section. We have one of the largest selections of plus size samples in the Atlanta area!" they had 2 dresses in a size 20, 2 dresses in a size 22, and NOTHING above that.. although the sales girl said they could "hold the dresses up to me" and that "they could be ordered bigger, for an additional fee".. Oh, and she constantly urged me to "go online and look because all of their dresses are online" .. They advertise dresses from Mori Lee on the site, a popular line for plus sized brides.. None of those dresses are available to actually try on in the store. I would never buy a dress without trying it on first! Who does that? Their site is a perfect example of false advertisement! The store was dirty and the sales girl a teenager that knew nothing about the gowns.. A plus sized girls worst nightmare is to go to a store and have NOTHING fit right.. I left in tears.. would not have made the appointment if the site had not been misleading.. I highly recommend that you don't waste your time going here!! Alfred Angelo is a couple of miles away, and has a TON of dresses for every size, doesn't charge more for plus sizes, and has excellent customer service!

I shopped at several stores throughout the ATL area and ended up buying my dress from Bride Beautiful. I wish I had started there, so I would not have wasted weeks of my time at other stores that were either rude, dirty, or just did not have a good selection. The place can be a little crowded on weekends, but the sales people are really helpful and fun. I ended up making an appointment to come back in with my bridesmaids and we picked out their dress in about an hour. They have a lot of dresses to choose from and the prices were lower than what I expected. I def recommend this store and would suggest making an appointment. They say that they are not required, but I would make one anyway just to be safe.

While our initial visit was okay (waited forever), once we purchased a wedding gown, veil, bridemaid dresses and MOB dress, our journey into hell began.
Not one of our second fittings has been done at the scheduled time. Each time any of us went or called to confirm the appoinments, we were told it was not in "the book". We have all had to reschedule more than once. One of the seamstresses told a bridesmaid her dress would never look good on her. Everyone who answered the phone was rude and condescending--to 5 different people!
Is it customary to order dresses so that the alterations end of costing more than the dress price? Ridiculous.
They have our money and our dresses in pieces and with the wedding fast approaching, we are beyond disgusted. We are stuck with them and they know it. This has been the worst part of planning a big wedding. I thought it was supposed to be the most fun.
Dress selection---ok, but not everyone can fit into a size 10
sample. There were very few items available to try on in a larger size. My weight has not changed since I ordered my dress, and I had to have it taken in in every seam by 2 sizes. Something is very wrong here. I have gotten better service at discount stores!
