Stay away! Most important thing is communication. I know things someitmes take some time to get done but at least keep you informed. But they don't. You'll have to call and leave messages before you ever get any answers back. We went with this company becuase of my relator but boy what a big mistake that was! Never again.

First let me say we have excellent credit and were buying a home in the Atlanta area. We applied here on the advice of our agent. These guys tried to stick us with extremely high closing costs and were combative and argumentative when we compared their offer with others that we had. They first told us we didn't "understand" their offer. Little did they know I had 2 years of real estate lending in my past. Then to "compete" they sent an offer that matched the others we had, but they were perfectly OK with sticking it to us if we were less astute consumers.
