I attended classes at Body Talk for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful time. The instructors and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is beautiful and provides a very friendly ladies-only environment and the work out was tough, but fun. I took "Exotic Moves" with Mary Jane and she really had us moving and shaking... the chair and ab work was tough, but the music was fun and upbeat and everyone had a really good time. After that I tried the "Polerize" pole class with Chocolate, there were several more experienced students in the class, but she gave everyone plenty of attention and I loved that they have a limit of only 2 students to a pole. I have attended another pole class in the Atlanta area and this was far better than the other. For starters, everyone was in workout gear... not dressed in their underwear showing their behinds (and everything else) to the world.



The prices are very reasonable, and I am thinking of having a party for my 40th birthday... best of all they can do it at my house if necessary. I went on their website and they even offer online classes which I may sign up for as well as I travel a lot for work, and could take classes from the comfort of my hotel.
