I absolutely loved my time at Bridals by Lori. They were patient with me when I had to change my appointment date and were easy to get in touch with. I went on a trunk show day so they were busy and I had to wait about 10 minutes before my consultant was ready, but the receptionist showed us the closets and let us start looking for dresses while we waited, so I didn't feel they wasted our time. My consultant was extremely respectful of my budget (~$1000) and encouraged me to try a variety of dresses since I didn't know what I wanted. Lori even stopped by to tell me how much she liked my dress and was very kind. They had a very wide selection, even at my price range (they have a sale rack!). My consultant even called me a few weeks later to let me know about a trunk show for the vendor of an accessory I had looked at in the store. I never felt rushed or pressured and really enjoyed the whole experience. I will absolutely take each of my sisters there when they get engaged.

I'm so happy with my Bridesmaid dresses! I ordered March 13th they told that the dresses wouldn't be in from the manufacturer until June 14, but they arrived early and I got them May 31st!!! There staff responded quickly to my emails and I couldn't be happier. There prices were sooo much cheaper than my local bridal store. I ordered 4 dresses total, After Six style number 6639 in Icelandic and the color is absolutely beautiful!! Thank-You soo much Bridals by Lori for making a internet purchase such a breeze!

All I can say is wow. Going to Bridals by Lori was the most amazing experience. It was well worth the weekend trip! I will never forget the amazing experience I had there. In one day I got my wedding gown, bridesmadis dresses, and my mom got her dress. It was a truly wonderful experience. I got "jacked up" by Monte which was awesome! The dress I was in love with in a picture just wasnt right on. Monte went and pulled a very similar dress and made some minor adjustments and then it was just magically perfect! I bought a Lazaro gown. Lazaro was there. I got to meet him and he hand drew me a sketch of my dress right there infront of me to keep. If you looking for a beautiful dress and a one of a kind experience, Bridals by Lori is the place to go.

When I called Bridals by Lori and told them my budget, they were nice but sweetly told me that the gowns on the regular floor started at the top of my price range and that they would likely have trouble finding anything for me. I thought that would be that but then the salesperson told me about the "outlet" section of the store where they have "as is" sample sale dresses from previous seasons that are significantly marked down. I figured why not check it out and made the appointment.



Went to the appointment with my family in tow (mom, sis/MOH, future mother-in-law, and grandma). When we showed up, we were met by the consultant Michele, who was bubbly, sweet, and fun right from the start. Since this was my first bridal gown experience, I had some ideas in mind but wasn't sure where to start. She took me to a small room where there were a few racks of sample sale dresses and we started picking some out. Michele was awesome and super patient as I modeled different dresses for my family, finally narrowing it down to 2. That was when she really stepped it up, putting my hair up and picking out different veils for me to try, getting different jewelry and shoes to match, and trying different hair pieces. She didn't complain when I went way over the appointment time as my family and I debated between and retried the top 2 dresses and took millions of pictures (and shed a few tears). In the end, even though I hadn't planned on buying anything that day, the 3rd dress I tried on was definitely "the one" and I bought it on the spot. Michele truly made our experience awesome from start to finish and I'd recommend her (and the outlet section) to any bride without a super high budget. My dress ended up being ~$1K and they even threw in a free pair of dress shoes because I bought it on the same day. Dress and shoes, check!



Overall, loved Bridals by Lori and would recommend it to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Bridals by Lori. My girlfriend and I are planning a commitment ceremony for April and did our dress shopping together. We worked with Haylee and she was phenomenal. We wanted to make sure our dresses looked great together but fit each of our personal style. We got feedback from Robyn and Lori which was super exciting. We did our first visit as a preliminary shop to see what styles we liked and could afford. We went to a few other stores but nothing beat the atmosphere and service provided by Haylee and all the staff. Ultimately we both purchased our dresses from Bridals by Lori. Both were in budget ($2500). We had the best time and. Can't wait to start our fittings!

Cindy + Monte are AWESOME!!! I was really indecisive, + they did a great job helping me make decisions... But at the same time they were both very patient + did not push anything. Cindy spent way longer with me than she was scheduled to, but she didn't make me feel bad about it. She stuck with me until I made the right decision!! Thank you!!! =) =) =) The rest of the staff was also very awesome and friendly!

The most absolute WORST customer service I have ever had. There are no words to describe. As a bridesmaid, you are not even considered remotely important or worthy of communication, letting you know if the dress (that I paid for IN FULL) is even in! I had to find out through a friend of a friend, really? Give your bridal business to a company that actually cares about your entire bridal party and not about some stupid TV show.
