The only service this company provides is comprehensive INCOMPETENCE. In the 4 months I used them for my practice, EOB's were not posted, billing was grossly incomplete, new accounts were not set up and billed, incorrect billing codes were utilized, repeated promises made by "Nick" to fix all the problems which never were fixed and emails and phone calls ignored. All resulting in loss of income. I am a sole provider with 15-30 clients per week, and they could not manage my account. "Nick" has you pay upfront and when he is negligent in his services, claims a "no refund policy".Beware!
