Everyone has an experience but my experience from my lease has been great. A part from few issues that one can encounter in any organization, I was well taken care of and company really took care of all my needs and help me grow in my career. I worked for good three years and left in good terms. I also attended company retreats and one cultural show and I can say that it was the best I attended so far. No other company go out of its way to do these kind of things for employees and staff. My pay check was late fee times but when I called, I was given a reason and it was paid.

I had the displeasure of working with Parul Joshi. She was unorganized, dishonest and rude. She was very poor at communication, and for that reason, I will never deal with Beyond Management again.

Beyond Management group inc is a very small company run by a single person with a couple of college interns. The guy himself is the most unprofessional and unethical person I have met so far. I was with this company for a short duration of about 2 years and I cannot remember a single month when my paycheck was paid on time or in full. I had to remind them about my paycheck and if I forgot; then I wont get paid. Moreover, I never got a full refund of my H1B visa fees which tehy took from me when joining the company. I paid them $4500 and I only got 1900 back which took 1.5 years to recover. They also forced me to falsify information on my resume and they also requested me to give an interview for someone else on the phone! When I refused they tried to bribe me by saying that I will get a cut from the persons salary if I gave the interview for him. WTF?!? This company is into big fraud activities, please be ware and DONT JOIN THE COMPANY!

A dirty, cheap, unethical consulting company that cheats employees and violates h1b laws ruthlessly. Joining this company was the worst decision of my life and I hope I had done more research before joining beyond management inc. They overcharge for h1b, delay reimbursement of h1b fees, take money for GC and delay filing and dont explain costs and threaten if ask many times, hold paychecks for few months purposefully so that they wont pay you when you try to leave the company, and they keep threatening you with things like revoking h1b or not giving approval notice
