This is now my second time back. Obviously they fixed me the first time. This is a new problem. I’m getting old. I have found the whole staff to be Conscientious, kind and thorough!!

I was referred to Benchmark by my Dr. I had never been to PT before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Throughout my visits, the PTs were constantly overbooked. There were times when the PT was working with 5 patients at 1 time. For the hour I was there, I was really only getting about 10-15 minutes (if that) with the PT. I felt like all they were concerned about was numbers. While the therapists were friendly, I don’t feel like this clinic provides the best care. They are too overbooked to provide adequate patient care.
