BUYER BEWARE! Especially out of state buyers! Horrible experience with purchasing from the owner Kya.



Major issues- 1- Virginia Brazilian curly hair sold was not as described. Hair was much shorter than expected. 2 - I paid for overnight shipping and the product took 5 extra days to reach destination. Owner did not ship overnight. 3 - horrible business practices. The owner woul not honor the overnight guaranteed shipping that I paid for. When the product was shipped with a different delivery method, owner would not refund the money paid.



To give a Better picture, before placing the order for virgin Brazilian curly hair I asked if the hair was 16" in it's natural form (curly) or stretched out. Kya stated "in it's natural form." I ordered 16, 18 and 22 inch bundles but when I received them they were 11, 13 and 18" respectively. Even stretched out they didn't reach the expected length. After speaking with Kya, the owner, I returned the products via overnight shipping at my own expense and purchased longer lengths. I was told on Sunday, when the order was placed, to allow 1-2 days for processing and the product would be sent via overnight delivery through the USPS. The product was to be expected no later than THURSDAY. On Wednesday I contacted Kya to ensure the product was being shipped and was told that the product would ship Friday. Although that was later than the expected delivery, I accepted. On Friday morning I contacted Kya to make sure the product was shipped and she said it would be shipped in the afternoon for Saturday delivery. On Friday evening I received a text message from Kya stating that overnight shipping through FEDEX (not USPS as agreed upon) was much more expensive than expected, therefore the product was shipped with 2 days delivery. Not including the weekend, that meant TUESDAY! I received the product 5 days later than expected.



I was satisfied with the quality of the product, however the quality of the service was horrible and the owner's attitude was disgusting. So long for ensuring customer satisfaction!



BOTTOM LINE: if you are not in or around the Atlanta area or cannot physically inspect the product and take it with you, DO NOT PURCHASE. Not worth the headache. You can find quality hair with better service elsewhere. I'd encourage you to do so!
