Bad company. Not professional. I buy wholesale from this company on several occasions they don't tell you they are out of stock, instead they send you half of what you order then get mad when you refuse it. They have sent me several times synthetic hair When I ordered human. They say I'm the only complaint but if you go to superpages you will see the same. My recent complaint. I ordered Brazilian hair from them about 8 bundles. The hair comes beautiful, but I noticed tangling on all 8 bundles. I went ahead and installed and colored mine then it started to matte, it got so much worse. I been buying virgin hair 3 yrs, and unprocessed hair does not act like this just by coloring. I've always used the same products. What is bad is bc when I tried to tell the managers they didn't lift a finger to help, they didn't do anything at all. I go out my way for my customers. I order from many different manufacturers and nobody has customer service as bad as them. Also the Peruvian twin pack only comes with 2oz per bundle, and most bundles are 3.5-4 oz per bundle. This is not enough for a full head and they don't tell you this. I tried to give them opportunities to do better bc I liked their human hair until I experienced the virgin hair problem and they didn't try to help. Order on your own risk.
