I had a used transmission installed in my 2000 Mazda 626 in 2008. David & Abdul were extremely professional and very helpful. Usually when a woman is looking for auto - the service people see her coming and are ready to pull the "okeedoke" to rip her off. My transmission was installed quickly and correctly. I still have that car and have no transmission since. I have recommended David & Abdul to several friends & have always received rave reviews.

I own a 2002 honda odyssey and had a problem with my transmission,so i called bankhead auto parts for the transmission.They had the transmission for $1000.00 and they also were going to install it for for $500.00,when i took the van over to them Joe the manager asked me what was the problem with the transmission i told him that it was slipping and then he asked did anyone worked on it before i brought it here,i said yes i had tranmission fluid flushed from a shop close to where i live about a week ago.Joe asked me if i can call them and ask what type of transmission fluid did they use,so i called and found out they used dexron III.When Joe heard about that he told me honda uses honda transmission fluid only,so i went to the honda dealer and bought the fluid and BANKHEAD AUTO PARTS flushed it and poured the honda fluid and the problem was solved.I was so glad i came to an honest business establishment,not only they helped me to save alot a money but got a customer forever.

I called these guys and they told me they had a part so I drove for hours to get the part i REALY needed and when I got there the guy that I talked to told me that I said a I wanted a spindel not a hub. Those don't even sound the same! I talked to him a few times and was VERY clear about what I needed! They didn't have the part I asked for and just waited for me to get there after 2 hours of driving and told me I told him something eles. To top it all off they didn't do a single thing to help me like....oh i'm soo sorry i'll have one here tomarrow, he just kept being very rude and asked if i wanted to take it out side to fight him. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS PLACE? I asked him If i could talk to the boss and he told me he wouldn't give a da**!
