Genie is very talented. She is also very skilled with every kind of hair. My own hair experience with hair extensions have been not so good to say the least and this was when I lived in Manhattan, NY. But with Genie your scalp gets to BREATHE, it's wonderful. You can't feel a thing after a few days. It's like it really is your own hair. She matched my color and texture perfectly, which is no easy feat considering I am biracial (and my hair reflects it) and I color my hair. If she can match my crazy curls she can match anyones. If you are considering extensions I recommend calling Genie first!

I was shocked when Genie told me someone was online trying to ruin her business by stating obviously thier very wrong opinion of her services.

Ms. Genie actually doesn't like lazy, stupid, vengeful people which happens to be alot of Ghetto black women in this city.

I have a college education and clear above 50k a year and all Genie says is the truth based on the world she knows. Also she'll let you get your hair from some place else and simply attach the hair for you.

But nonetheless the last time i went to see her she did tell me that she was having issues with SOME of her hair but, she always makes good on her word. The only time she doesn't is when someone comes back acting like an idiot without any home training...

I remember once when i got my hair done a lady come in upset over her hair madd cause it was tangling...turned out she hadn't washed her hair in like a month and didn't read the instructions that Genie tries to give to every client so they know how to make the hair last long.



If Butterbaby found better hair on the internet w/o seeing it in person 1st and it was cheaper and it was better quality than Genie's please tell me the name of company and thier website, cause i've been doing this for years and Genie's got the best deal for hair that will last up to 3 months or more if you're willing to pay for the more expensive exclusive quality....



Guess butterbaby must be another Ghetto Queen trying to brake down a sista with a decent business...



I feel sorry for her but GLAD I FOUND THE HAIR GENIE....

This woman is a liar and a cheat. Do not give her any money before she does your hair. She will tell you it is for the hair, but I suggest you buy your own hair because she overprices the hair she claims is "tangle-free, doesn't shed, etc." She took my credit card information and stole $200 off of my card that I still have not received back. I never received any service or hair for this money she stole and she refused to give me my money back. African-American women BEWARE! Although Genie is a black woman, she sterotypes and treats her white clients "differently." Don't waste your money on her horrible customer service.
