Worst branch I have ever dealt with. The drive thru is beyond slow and the reps make you jump through hoops to make simple deposits. Tried to make a cash deposit into my spouses account with a completed deposit slip. They asked for my ID (no reason for this since I was making a small cash deposit with no withdrawals) after taking my ID they still refused to take the deposit. Tried to force me into opening a separate checking account of my own. NO WAY!!! Drove to another branch less than 5 miles away made the deposit quickly with ease and was not required to show ID by the way. The branch manager (Huang) and reps have implemented their own set of ridiculous rules that are meant to harass individuals and drive away business.
