I am new to the area and was told the guys do a pretty good job on cars. So, I call and see if I can make an appointment. The person that picks up the phone (apparently a mechanic) doesn't know the price and has to transfer me to a lady "customer service". She quotes me a price and says that she can't schedule my appointment until she speaks to a mechanic that would be doing it. I give her my phone # - 3 hours later no call. I call myself and go through the same routine as the first time, being promised again a call - 4 hours later no call still. I call yet the 3d time and start complaining now about being ignored the whole day, and guess what? - they hang up on me. I do not know what job they do at fixing cars, but I am not giving them my business with customer service like this.
