I can't say enough about how great he was. His office staff is so sweet and so is Mr. Lusk. When my husband died, I had no idea what I would do. He called me personally and took time to explain everything to me.

He did great job. Hired many others before but got no where. His office staff do great job too. Very happy.

I thought I could do it myself, but found it was much better with a good office handling all the paperwork. He got the benefits that I really needed. ite, or highly recommended because

I am young and originally go turned dwn. I hired one attorney but he droped my case saying I would not win. Mr. Lusk took my case. I worked with Jackie in his office and she helped get all the medical records and statements from my doctors that the other lawyer was not able to get. He won case and I am so glad I hired him.

I dont know what I had done if he did not win and don't know what that person who says his office never called cuz they called me all the time making me do stuff to get the case doner highly recommended because

Hired him in 2011. Found communication between his office and me was extremelyy difficult at times, and impossible most of the time.Paralegal simply is never in office, and rarely returns calls.Then today, 3 days before my ALJ hearing, he withdraws as my rep.My advice: DO NOT HIRE, as he is liable to leave you high and dry at the last minute.
