The Atlanta Workforce Development Agency (AWDA), formerly known as the Private Industry Council of Atlanta, is a bureau of the City of Atlanta under the Executive Offices of the Mayor. It administers employment and training programs for citizens. The agency provides workforce solution services for businesses. Its facility has an auditorium, computer laboratories, and training and interviewing rooms. The agency operates a marketing unit that produces flyers and announcements for job fairs.
