Provided by YP.comI have to say that the entire staff has been so helpful with getting my old Serger up and running! Audrey, Sam and Johnny have held my hand learning how to use my machine, while cleaning and repairing it after another place in Tucker charged me money for doing absolutely nothing!! You will not regret bringing your machine to be serviced here!! Next time I need a new machine; they will get my business! Thanks again!

They sold my mother in law a $35 part that didn't work and would not refund it. A part that doesn't work isn't worth a dollar, nevermind 35.
Number 1: There's a sign in the store that states "No Refunds, Exchanges Only" -We have this policy due to people taking their old parts and exchange them for new parts then bringing the old part back in asking for a refund - Number Two: Your parents brought it back and we exchanged the part and told them if their were in problems with that one please let us know. We didn't hear from them or you so we assumed all was well. Please contact us we would love to resolve this problem.
