I always use Royal Cabbies when I come to Atlanta to visit my uncle. I always get a good driver and I've never had a problem with their service.

Worst service ever

Ordered a cab at 11:54AM, it is now 12:51 and I still haven't been picked up. I called back to find out about how long it would be (because I wasn't given an ETA) and I was hung up on. Every time I called back it went to voice mail. And it seemed to be someone's cell phone because the voicemail said "lee" as the name. No cab company or anything. And the VM box was full so I couldn't leave a message to cancel. Called Atlanta checker cab instead. Friendly operator let me know that my cab should arrive in 10-15 mins, I would get a call when it was pulling up, and if it didn't arrive within 20 to please call back.

There is no doubt in my mind the only reason this company has 3 stars is because someone is writing fake reviews.

I don't even want to give them one. The only reason I am is because I have to.
