This store is not the cheapest, but I'm very impressed with the customer service. I wanted an ergonomic chair and chose the Steelcase Leap as it's most adjustable. Colin recommended the re-furbished Herman Miller Aerons with a 30-day warranty. He made clear the Leaps had not been refurbished and basically no returns. At home the cylinder bottomed out and scraped the chair mat - unusable. They didn't have to, but the AOLI folks made it right, FREE - with bigger casters and replaced the cylinder. Now there's 1" space and I love my chair. I highly recommend AOLI.
