I pray That MRC will open their doors on a one time basis to the public for all individuals who are missing packages and can recover their packages if they can prove its thier package with reguired proff so everyone stand up with me let’s make this happen this the work of God and in His Mighty Name Jesus Christ

Tried calling several numbers for mail recovery. None of them answered. Getting the runaround from USPS. Nobody seems to care that the package has been lost. The mailman was too lazy to get out of his truck and carry it to the apartment building number. And now it has been lost because they returned it as undeliverable. This had important documents in it that the person needed to have and now trying to get those replaced because nobody seems to know where the packages is. Very frustrated about the laziness of our postal department. Will start shipping Important mail UPS

My package was sent out Feb 20th and was never received. That was 7 months ago. I submitted copies of certified mail receipt and even contacted the postmaster general's office. No one has helped me and every time I call no one answers or the line is busy. There was very personal info. In the package. Next time I'll send important things with UPS or Fed ex. This isn't the first time they lost my mail.

Trying to locate an item that fell out of a damaged package. A report was filed and the case # is CA128497670. The item is a Bible with the name JOSH EISENHOWER engraved on the outside and written on the inside. PLEASE HELP !!!! This is an expensive Bible and was bought for Christmas 2015. Package was sent from CA to AR.

I have tried to call to recover a lost package to no avail. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. How am I to give them the correct address to resend a xmas gift that I never got to give to the intended party? Very frustrated.

I have a missing package, sent May 4th (which had been clearly labelled with a return address too) an International package that has been stuck there since 21 May, on usps site it says 'Undeliverable as Addressed' and 'It is being returned if appropriate information is available.' How long does this freaking take to happen? & yes, why is there nobody to answer the phone or a website?? Very frustrating :(

Agree! Tried calling several times trying to locate an important piece of mail and there is no way to speak with anyone!!! Very frustrating. Can not believe any business is able to stay in business with such blatant disregard for their customers!

Is anyone home at the mail recovery center ? keep trying but no one answers..no voice mail just get disconnected after a couple minutes!
