If you need a mortgage broker, STAY AWAY from this one! Atlanta Intown Mortgage will rip everything out of you and spit you out and never speak to you again...The broker there will lie to you and tell you whatever it is you want to hear in order to get your money. Keep away from this money hungry man. I was promised my dream home, and after paying nearly 2000, I was told there was no loan going to be. Basically, all I got was a "i'm sorry" and a kiss off and never heard from him again. Lies. That's all the man knows.
