We did a round-trip purchase over the phone, and they lost our payment information for the way back! The first driver never gave us a ticket, and we didn't get a ticket or reservation number!

I had the WORST experience with this shuttle provider. They straight up lied to me. I bought a round trip ticket from the airport to my hotel and the guy that picked me up from the airport told me they would be able to pick me up early in the morning the day that I wanted to leave. WHAT A LIAR. They don't even open at the time I wanted to leave. He got my money so that's all that mattered to him.

I called them the day before my flight left to schedule an early morning pick up, the lady I talked to said we'll be at your hotel at 4:00 AM. I called back later that evening to see if I could extend the time to 4:30 AM because the extra 30 minutes would have made all of the difference that early in the morning. When I called back the person I talked to said you're not listed to be picked and she said we aren't even open that early! Are you kidding me? LIED TO TWICE. Needless to say I had to schedule a pick up with another company.



Then trying to get my money refunded back to me was like pulling teeth. I had to mail them my receipt before they would send me a check. I follwed up a couple of weeks after I mailed them my receipt and the lady told me they mailed it out on Monday. I call back we week later because I still didn't have it. This was on a Thursday (the 27th). Belinda told me I saw Dorothy put it in the mail on Monday, which would have been the 24th. I swear she mailed it she said. When I FINALLY got my check, the envelope was post marked on the 27th. LIARS FOR A THIRD TIME.



Please do not go through this company. They do not know how to do business.
