If you are Rosemary's vendor or service provider, be sure to get payment up front for any services you are doing as she has absolutely no problems not paying her bills. After deploying a large technology project, this attorney refused to pay her $7k bill and wouldn't return calls or communications. I contacted a few collection agents to collect the money and most all refused to take the case because they had already had more than a few unsuccessful attempts to collect from Rosemary. She hides behind her profession and treats people like their time doesn't matter.
