Great company to work with. The appraiser came out and I was impressed from the start. The report was detailed and helpful in my situation. I highly recommend them.

This appraiser is a joke. He will not appraise your property but send someone much less experienced to appraise your property. I challenged his initial appraisal and Michael calls me directly and then insults my intelligence for a full 30 minutes. He claims that 4 sides brick adds no value to the home, despite the fact that a quick Google search explains otherwise. He says that he can't use my comps but gave no reason as to why. He says he believes the comps he found were better, yet when I asked how they were more suitable he begins stuttering over his words and provides no explanation. Then the cherry on top is when he says that "APPRAISALS ARE WORTHLESS ANYWAY THEY ARE JUST A PIECE OF PAPER" and that I would never sell the property for above the amount he appraised. Yes Michael you are right the appraisals are completely worthless and so are you. SKIP THIS APPRAISER HE IS UNHINGED AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very professional and very courteous. Michael goes above and beyond the call of duty and seemed to love doing the appraisals. I had him complete my pre listing appraisal and was able to list it for more than we thought it was worth. Very good work and I would recommend his service.

Great service, on time and the only appraiser who knew the area that I was buying my investment property in and could answer all of the questions that I had. I would use him again.

Appraisals by Michael provided a service that is (1) necessary, and (2) worth far more than it cost monetarily. He responded to all of my inquiries, he was professional, and he worked FAST! The level of detail in his appraisal demonstrated his commitment to his field of study, and after receiving this appraisal (in addition to a home inspection, but that's for another review), I felt comfortable enough putting an offer in on the house. It was effortless to work with Michael, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I PAID APPRAISAL'S BY MICHAEL 675.00 TO APPRAISE MY PROPERTY. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE MY APPRAISAL BACK IN TWO DAYS, IT TOOK TWO WEEKS! MICHAEL NIX CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ANS HIS WORK AS AN APPRAISER IN MY OPINION IS SUBPAR! I WILL NEVER USE IS SERVICES OR REFER HIS SERVICES AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!
