Do not move here! I lived here from 2004 to 2009. My hotwater heater burst and flooded my apartment. It took all next day until 6pm to get a new one installed. The maintenance did not know what he was doing. They never came back to repair the ceiling downstairs where the water came through. I had to pay someone else to repair it. The manager always has some kind of confusiom going on. She will try to keep your deposit. Mantienance also turned my heat off in the winter and I had to beg to get it turned back on. They are crooked and shady.
