WE WON'T BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.



This location is the closest to where we moved a week back. We were in for dinner at 10:20. Was greeted well and seated. The server did come and took our beverage order. And after 20 mins he comes back, pretending to forget about us. We are still okay.



He gets the order and brings us our drinks. He comes back in another 20 mins to check if he got the order right. Another 20 mins pass and then he brings our order. He doesn't offer refills on our soft drinks. And he disappears.



We wait for him for 15 mins. Then we decide its too much. We see him counting his tips in the corner and not bothered to come serve us. We asked hostess for refill (which we didn't get), to-go box, and our ticket. Paid and left the store promising the hostess that we would NEVER return at 11:45.



This has, by far, been the worst restaurant experience we ever had. This is not what Applebee's stand for. We later checked the reviews - not surprised. Everyone there was complaining about the service and the servers.



We would probably try another location in future, but will never be there again.

Loving the place. Will come back - so much on the menu that we want to try! Yummmm

Stopped in for a few beers and a snack the waitress was really nice and kept our beer cumming. Great experience I will return
