The customer service at Ft Lauderdale airport is beyon horrible !!!!! AA employees don't speak English and they hung up on you if you ask them their names or their supervisors. I will never fligh with AA again. I hope this airline will go out of business. They should learn from Jet Blue - cheap reliable and great customer service!
