Marcus Heath and Bill Scott arrived right on time to do our initial service. They were both very polite and reviewed their procedures before they began. I'm super impressed with the professionalism and the thoroughness! Big WOW! for them both :)

Posted this review on FB and got a response saying that someone would contact me from the local office. It's not been a week, still no call. SHOCKER. Please do not give any money to this company.

This is a horrible company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. You want to hold someone to their contract, yet not hold up your end by simply providing good customer service??? Making a return phone call, actually showing up to an appt... I mean come on! This is customer service 101. Obviously your associates need better training!

Kevin is great! Really love Alterra Pest Control! Great customer service for sure! Always on time and technician is very pleasant!

Kevin arrived during the time planned and was professional. He serviced my home and listened to the areas I wanted treated. I like Alterra's marked truck and the uniform worn by their personnel.

Kevin did a thorough job at my house! I like the fact that the cobwebs are removed from my porch.

Kevin was our Service Pro yesterday afternoon. He was very kind, patient, and even came inside to get some very high up cobwebs for me. He definitely deserves a little something extra at the holidays.

We just switched over to Alterra after using a different pest control company for years. I was so impressed by Marco Garcia, who came over to our house this last visit. He was thorough and genuinely cared if I had any questions or concerns.

Bill Scott is our service tech, and he does a wonderful job...answers questions, and explains how the treatments work.

Alterra has been doing our Pest Control Service for 1 year now and they do a great job. I appreciate that they go to great lengths to try to get every bug out. They've even crawled up on an extension ladder in my screened in porch get some wasp nests out of a very difficult crawl space outside the screen. The technician had to poke at it with a paper clip to reach it through the screen because it was unreachable from the outside. He spent a long time working at it but finally got the nests down and sprayed the area thoroughly. Unfortunately, I don't know that technician's name but he had a great attitude about doing a very difficult and nasty job. Lately, Malon Fuller has been doing our service. He is such a friendly, smiley guy and does a very thorough job treating our house and getting spiders, stink bugs etc. out. He is always happy with a great attitude. The company is always easy to get in touch with and easy to schedule when needed. I would definitely recommend Alterra to friends.

Alterra is new for us - and we're pleased with their professionalism, and how they're treated us - and treated the house! They do the exterior more than thoroughly, reaching how and low to terminate the bugs before they get inside. The one and only time we've had a problem inside we found a bug or two inside after a treatment - they came and treated the inside completely and we had no follow-up trouble. Kevin especially did an excellent job - a neat guy with a great attitude who knows his business. My wife and I especially liked how the Alterra folks first explained all the procedures and techniques used.

Marco Garcia came out to treat our house for the 1st time. He was very respectful and helpful in explaining the treatment plan and what he was going to do for us that day. He spent quite a bit of time performing his activities and was very focused in keeping our pets safe and also in keeping our house clean. Marco did a great job and I would recommend him to others.

My sister referred me to Alterra when I recently moved to a new home. Doug Taylor came right on time (that in itself is amazing in the day of 4 hour windows). He was very sweet and patient with me and did a very thorough job. The price was very competitive.

Malon Fuller is a great employee he goes above and beyond on both of my houses.

Kyle Cherry was awesome and addressed every issue we had. He even took out a wasps nest for me in the eve of the house.....
