Wow never in my years in business have I worked with a vendor that is as unscrupulous as these guys. If you are considering business with them - first of all let me say run for the hills - but if for some reason you must work with them, read your contract VERY carefully before signing - their M.O. is to attempt to lock businesses in with onerous contracts (60 months etc) and then pursue them for huge amounts if the company tries to cancel for legitimate reasons. This is my current experience with them - from close to day 1 of our customer service issue their first response was to tell us we should pay them close to $20,000 and that they would not let us cancel even after formal notice of continued service issues! Never heard of anything like this in my life - A & D does not require contracts, Cheney brothers does linens and would never ask for 60 months and thousands of dollars in penalties in a contract, what a joke! Not to mention some of the service issues (switching out products without permission and refusing to return to the originally offered ones, dirty soiled linens being delivered, etc). Our sales rep is Javarus Walker. Don't let your small business get trapped in their system whereby they attempt to bully and use legal methods rather than working on customer service.
