Helped me save a ton of money and identified gaps in my coverage so when I filed the only claim I did in the last 4 years I was covered for water and the wood swelling I experienced. This guy is the best!

I have one claim that has been open for over 1 YEAR in my condo. To do this day it is yet to be resolved because my adjuster apparently retired for 6 months and it got lost in the process. Now I had a leak which got under some of my hardwood and I had to call them for restoration. They brought out contractors who kept their fans and humidifier for around a week and a half when normally this only takes a couple of days. After this duration, they contractor by the name of Tyler tells me he is going to rip up a bunch of my hard wood and he is going to do more because my insurance is going to replace all of it. I agree while thinking that he is a qualified expert sent by Allstate. So now after a week and half of having my place ripped up, Allstate is saying they can only cover up to a certain amount of structural damage (almost half of the total $17,000 quote). I would not have allowed this guy to rip up 40% of my hardwoods had he not told me they would cover anything.

We tend to take insurers for granted. Drew goes the extra mile for his clients and makes the whole experience easy!
