Provided by YP.comI purchased some furniture on Thursday with a promise of a delivery Friday to no avail, and on Saturday they only delivered my mattress, rails and box spring. Again they promised me they will deliver on Monday at 10:00. When they didn't come I called the business. I finally received my furniture at 12:00pm and missed work. The salesperson was very apologetic and compensated me for my troubles. Everything was fine with the store, however, the issues with deliveries should improve.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst place to do business with. I purcashed some mattresses and they springs are already up in the mattresses after 60 days. The company exchanged them and then 30 days later the springs are up again. The customer servie is awful. The representative hung up on me and said he was busy with other cutomers . The manager wasnt much better. Their prices are as high as the bigger stores but the quality of furniture and the cusotmer services is TERRIBLE. zero stars if i coudl

Provided by YP.comBe warned: DO NOT SHOP AT ALL THINGS FURNITURE! I bought a bed from them on lay away, only it wasn't actually lay away, because they never had the bed in stock. I gave them almost $800, and once they had all of my money, they informed me that they couldn't order the bed I wanted. When I asked them for my money back, they refused. Instead, they wanted to give me store credit. But I didn't want another bed; I needed that specific bed to match the rest of my furniture. Long story short, I ended up going to court. They never showed up at court and never answered any of the court's inquiries, so I won a judgment against them. However, they've continued to ignore the court, my demand letters, and my lawyer, so I have a judgment, but I'm still out of $800. That's what I get for trying to patronize a mom and pop store in the neighborhood. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
