Ray the techinican did such a good job we recommended him to a relative and a friend. The receptionist Ann was so kind to us about not having any heat and made sure we got service quickly

THIS COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

Today I was serviced by this company. The technician was polite, however he showed up over an hour early for our scheduled appointment. I advised the technician that my husband would be home at the actual scheduled appointment time and that he could either begin service or wait until he got home. The technician decided to service me anyway. After he was finished he stated that he would wait outside until my husband got home to take payment. Literally 5 minutes later, I recieved a call from the company dispatch manager, Anne. Anne was very rude and angry. She said that she was going to call the police because of my refusal to pay the technician. It sounded as if she were under the influence! She wouldn't evengive me a chance to explain. I hung up the phone and went outside to tell the technician what his compaany dispatcher just did. He apologized repeatedly and said that she was totally out of line and did not know what she was talking about. After he received his payment he apologized once again for Anne's behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to her insane behavior. I planned on getting over $2,000 worth of work done, but my business will NOT be going to this company. Even though the technician apologized, the real apology needed to come from Anne. I tried calling back to speak with the owner and Anne kept hanging up in my face. IS THIS THE WAY YOU PEOPLE TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??? YOU NEED TO PROPERLY SCREEN YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE HIRING THEM!!!

All Quality Indeed!

This company exceeded my expectations for service quality. I spoke with Ann when I called in, and she was so friendly and professional. Vick is the service tech that was sent to my home. He diagnosed the problem, went and got the needed part and came back to my home the same day, so I didn't have to take additional time off from work
