Owner cursed out me and my wife after they increased the bill on site. We still paid the overage and called to complain about the time and cost and he cursed us out and told us to never call him again. Not to mention there is dryer lint spread out across my lawn.

The owner is a scam artist, read the other reviews on here, it doesn't make sense that some are five stars and some are all in line with each other saying that he threatens to put a lien on your house… Charges more than he says he will… And lies. The owner has a strong accent maybe Albanian or similar and has no idea about customer service or how to treat clients that make him a living.

SCAM COMPANY! THE OWNER IS A JOKE! HE THREATENS TO PUT A LEAN ON YOUR HOUSE IF YOU MAKE A CANCELLATION.

NEVER SIGNED ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS A$$ AND I'M GLAD I NEVER LET HIM DO WORK ON MY HOUSE!!

They ran a coupon for $69 dryer vent cleaning. I called to schedule it, told them it was a business and they never mentioned Commercial being higher. After the cleaning was done they said it was $220. I was mad. To top it off they moved the stackable unit from the wall to clean the vent and never replaced the washer hose in the drain. We washed a load of laundry and had water all over our business. They are taking NO responsibility and it Cost me $530 to have Stanley Steamer cone out. The dryer electrical might be ruined too. They aren't offering to help at all!! This company is terrible!!! If I could give them no stars I'd be happier but you have to give them at least one. Ugh

I wish I had read these reviews prior to calling them. I had them come out to clean my dryer vent. My first mistake was not being home personally to see how they didn't clean up after themselves. My 19 yr old daughter had to clean up after they left. They came out and said that I had mold so it was going to cost $149 instead of the $69. My dryer vent is up in the attic behind my furnace. Anyway, they did something that only lasted 6 weeks and again my dryer is not drying my clothes and the duct hose is full of water. My husband managed to go up to the attic and found a hose full of holes. We called them and the individual that answers the phone stated that he would send someone out at the end of the day. My husband called at 5p and told him he was home and they could come out. He said someone would be out between 5-6p. We waited until 6:15 called again and he didn't answer the phone. I looked up the company in the Georgia State Corporations website and couldn't find anything on them...BEWARE!!! Lesson learned...you get what you pay for!

I'm sensing a theme from the reviews below - they do OK on HVAC vent cleaning - and are horrible on Dryer Vent Cleaning - I suspect it's the staff they use for each.



My dryer vent was about 50% clogged. "Technician" showed up, pulled the dryer, ran a drill powered brush through the vent, put the dryer back and left. After he left I turned on the dryer and went outside to discover that there was NO air coming out of the vent - the vent was now 100% blocked. I called the technician and he said he would come right back - he didn't. I called again and he said he would be back the next day - he wasn't. I called the company and he said he would have the technician call me - I told him not to DARE charge my credit card until the technician came back. After three days of no return call - I went to Lowes - bought the exact same dryer vent cleaning kit the "technician was using". It took all of 10 minutes with my cordless drill to clean out my vent - I broke the blockage and pulled a shop vac FULL of lint out of the vent pipe they had just "cleaned". They charged my credit card anyway - which I'm disputing. Their charge - $69. Vent cleaning kit at Lowes - $39 with great instructions and 10 minutes. Don't get ripped off.

I called Dryer and duct cleaning Atlanta to clean my air duct.

They came right on time. The service was very provisional and neat.

They left my house clean and smell wonderful.

these guys were real pros. Dryer vent cleaning Atlanta set a 2 hour window of arrival, and arrived within 10 minutes of the beginning of the 2 hour estimate. They inspected the system, and showed me how clogged the evaporator coil was, I guess that's what cools the house in the summer. It clearly was clogged and had mold. They also cleaned the ducts thoroughly. I authorized cleaning the coil. they cleaned it and told me I'd cut my ac electric bill and even my heating bill. They were right, it's gone down significantly, and we have no dust, and we are sleeping better, with less allergy symptoms. Right on Sears well done.

They provided the worst service!!!!!! They left the my home(laundry room) filthy. I think they blew more dust & dirt around than they vacuumed up. Then when you complain to the service person he ignores your calls unless you call him on a phone # he doesn't recognize. He lied & said he would come back & clean things up but never returned my calls. They don't even deserve the 1 star I am giving them.DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Great service! Kirk and his team came out on time and were very professional. They did a great job cleaning our air ducts and made some great recommendations. The air in the house smells clean now.

When the technician arrived I showed him the vent. Before even attempting to clean the duct he told me I need a whole new system. First quote for that was $700+. Later it was dropped to $450. Either way that was not an option, I just want this duct cleaned. The technician disconnected the pipe at the wall and ran the snake through. I was waiting at the other side anxiously waiting to see all the gunk come out. There was hardly anything when the snake made it to the end. No vacuum was used inside the pipe. No cleaning was done on the pipe that runs from the dryer to the wall. The technician was in such a hurry to leave that he left the washing machine moved out of the way and the dryer pipe disconnected. He even left his drill and I had to run it out to him. Needless to say I was not happy with the job he had done. I ordered the exact same kit he used to clean the system on amazon for less than what I paid this guy to come out. This "professional" ran the snake through the pipe in the wrong direction. I was able to clean my ducts in less than 1 hour. I called and asked for a refund and they said they could only refund $10 because the rest of the charge was a standard service charge. Do yourself a favor and order the kit and do it yourself OR call a different company that knows how to run a business.

Our air conditioning went out on a very hot day, our home warranty company said the blower motor had burnt out because the furnace was so dirty and refused to fix our system until we had it cleaned. Dryer vent and air duct cleaning Atlanta came out and cleaned not only the furnace but also the duct system. The tech with the company that our home warranty sent out the next day commented that he never saw a duct cleaning company do such a through job cleaning a system before. I believe that the extra money we spent with dryer vent and air duct cleaning Atlanta was well worth it to get the job done right. I would like to thank Kirk and his two helpers for coming out last minute at 7pm to clean my system so that I could get my AC fixed the next day.

We Had Air duct & dryer vent cleaning Atlanta to install a new dryer vent that had been giving us problems. They came out did an inspection and recommended replacing the old vent instead of cleaning it because it had rusted out. The price was reasonable and they completed the work quickly and cleaned up the small mess they made from cutting into the wall.

Kirk came out to clean our air ducts last week. Upon arrival he did an inspeciton of our air ducts and determined that our ducts were not dirty and did not need cleaning. He gave us some suggestions to help remove the musty odor from our basement that we were concerned about and then left our house without charging us anything. Thank you Kirk for your help, we will be calling back in a few years when we need your service

Our doctor recommended having our ducts cleaned because of my husband's allergies. We did some price checking and decided to pay a little bit more because of the professionalism I received when I called air duct and dryer vent cleaning Atlanta! Great job guys!
