Herman scheduled me then weeks later when I called to check my appt he'd cancelled me. He said I sounded like another lady that called and cancelled. So instead of 8 a.m. they came about noon. The movers broke both cribs, kept our screws to our beds, and now the owner keeps dodging our calls. He claimed he needed to see the damage in person but hasn't come by yet and we've even texts him pics of the broken crib. Still no reply. My husband is livid! I just wish we would've found a different moving company.

We should've read reviews before hiring this terrible moving company. We were assured movers to arrive between 8:30 and 9 am today and they didn't show and would not answer our calls or texts. Kind of stinks when you have two small kiddos in the house and everything packed up ready to go. Thank goodness we found a dependable moving company to save us a few hours later. Herman lied to us and I do not see this company staying in business for much longer. How can you treat customers like this?

Never Ever Again



No Show. No Communication

Confirmed on previous day and Never showed up.

Had to move by my self with two little ones.

I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. I called at 0900 to schedule a move at 1300. I called to confirm the appointment at 1230 and was told by Herman, that the movers were in route. I get a call at 1330 from him again to tell me that the movers are stuck on another job. He assured me someone would get to me in the hour. Thr next set of movers say 1500. I call again at 1445 to ask for them to comp the gas surcharge and Herman tells ne no that there is nothing he can do because this is what happens. I was lied to by him. I will be sure to review him on Craigslist and everywhere else he posts.
