Abel Plumbing- Metro Atlanta Repair Company-Duluth Plumbing. I called these guys to come out because my hot water pressure through-out my home was gone. They came out, turned the water on and then went to where the water heater was. After every bit of 4 minutes, the tech said, "Yep, it's a bad expansion tank. Gonna cost you 348.00 for me to fix it or 39.00 for me telling you what the problem is". A have a little knowledge, so I called for a 2nd opinion because it just didn't add up. They came out and fixed the problem for less than 20.00. There was a simple line blockage. I called Abel Plumbing back, (who goes under the name of Metro Atlanta Repair Company and Duluth Plumbing) about the 39.00 and he said whether the diagnosis was right or wrong, the money was for gas. I asked for the address so that I can file a complaint and he said "why you want the address?, you gonna send us a cake or gift or something. He was very rude and just kept making jokes and rude comments and basically said get over it. People work too hard for their money to have to go through this. Call someone else if you don't want the same to happen to you.
