I've asked the management association about 12 x's to install a light in the ground floor toilet. Its been about 5yrs & the toilet room is still pitch black. The A&P association is prejudiced & bias against blacks, jews, asians & anyone who gets in their way. Strong armed & threatening to all tenants including owners. The people on the association committee's stay in office for yrs. I'm looking for a home & this certainly doesn't have warmth, kindness or understanding... just strong arm tactics. I'm a Owner looking to sell & move...

Some of the residents are cool here but there is an racial issue at this building. The association is complete bias and are outright liars. I live at my brothers loft here and have had nothing but issues from day one with people lying on me about my dogs. I'm not sure why. They have accused my dogs that are well trained and I've had for 6 years for using the restroom in the building which is a flat out lie. There are several cameras in the building and association has yet to provide my brother with any proof to back up this false claim. If they don't want you here for whatever reason the association and people living here will make up false accusation against you. They have a wonderful Dog park but many residents do not pick up after their pet even though free doggie bags are provided. I find it interesting that this issue isn't addressed. I was actually going to purchase the unit from my brother but after the bias I've seen here there is no way in hell. Me and my brother will be meeting with the board along with our attorneys to address the issue. I am also filing a formal complaint against their association for discrimination and harassment
