Stay away from this company. An employee named Wyman was at my home and refused to repair the furnace because "it was going to take all day" and he "didn't have any fuses on his truck". He never looked at the inside unit or the thermostat and after being questioned about why he was even sent out if he wasn't going to repair anything, he stated that "i don't work for your warranty company" and proceeded to leave and then tell his bosses that we cancelled our appointment and that he never came to our home. This is a low class operation and is the reason that Sears is going out of business.
